JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apollo.io and a strong understanding of outbound email strategies. You will be responsible for executing personalized email campaigns, segmenting lists, and monitoring campaign performance. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and collaboration skills to support our sales and marketing teams in delivering targeted and effective outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound email campaigns using Apollo.io
• Segment contact lists based on campaign requirements and audience criteria
• Schedule and personalize email sequences within Apollo.io
• Monitor and report on key email performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, response rates)
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and targeting strategies
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing or a related digital marketing role
• Direct, hands-on experience with Apollo.io is required
• Strong understanding of outbound email metrics and campaign execution
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in a B2B environment is preferred
