A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing & SDR Analytics to lead a team focused on data-driven insights for marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of analysts to deliver insights and reporting in support of Marketing and SDR goals
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Design and maintain reporting solutions that drive visibility and accountability across the funnel
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business analytics, preferably in marketing analytics within B2B SaaS environments
- Deep understanding of multi-touch attribution and lead funnel reporting
- Experience in setting pipeline generation targets and building forecasting models
- Hands-on experience with GTM tech stack tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Marketo
- BS/BA degree in a related discipline (e.g., Informatics, Economics, or Business)
