Growth Marketing Manager

Flowsum is looking for the next great Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. Your focus will be strategy, execution, and performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth. Your work will align closely with sales and other marketing functions to target key customer segments effectively.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns aligned to business goals and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify priority accounts, personas, and buying committee members.
- Develop and launch tailored campaign content—emails, digital ads, webinars, and events—that resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize for better impact and ROI.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver results efficiently.
- Stay on top of marketing trends, technologies, and strategies to continuously innovate.

What We're Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of experience in campaign management, ABM, or demand generation.
- A proven track record of launching successful campaigns that generate pipeline.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, content, and digital teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign data.
- Bonus: Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and content strategy.
