Our client is a fast-growing Australian digital marketing agency specialising in eCommerce SEO and paid advertising for established online retailers.
They are now looking to onboard a Paid Ads Associate to support their performance marketing team as they expand their client base.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up, review, and optimise Google Shopping, Search, and Performance Max campaigns
- Troubleshoot and maintain Google Merchant Centre (GMC) accounts
- Navigate and resolve issues within Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Monitor performance and make data-driven recommendations
- Follow campaign instructions from the Paid Media Manager
- Participate in ongoing training and performance feedback
- Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Familiar with Google Shopping, Search, PMAX, GMC, and GA4
- Highly detail-oriented and organised
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience supporting agencies or freelancers running multiple ad accounts is a plus
- Open to learning and accepting feedback via video, calls, and asynchronous coaching
