Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and track upper and lower funnel KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for optimization across different marketing channels to drive growth in Total Financial Applications (TFA) originations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing tactics with broader company goals and objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience in marketing performance analysis, business strategy, or related field
- Proven experience with upper and lower funnel KPIs and forecasting in a marketing context
- Strong experience with data analytics and proficiency in SQL
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
