STRADIGI CONSULTING of behalf of its client winmasters is looking for an Affiliate Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for online performance of the Level Up Interactive Ltd brands in terms of branding and acquisition. Ensure that monthly acquisition targets are met per product and market
- Affiliate platform administration and management
- Prepare performance reports; analyse campaign and performance data of digital marketing campaigns
- Develop a targeted, tiered list of prospective partners to work with and put together a sales and marketing plan on how to attract and retain them
- Consult with existing affiliates/ fixed fee partners in identifying their individual needs and in helping them draw traffic to their site
- Monitoring of competition
- Negotiations with online sites for improving brand presence and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
- Creation of commercial acquisition offers and content for landing pages
- Develop one-off program (e.g. tailored contests) to draw traffic from top tier affiliates and fixed fee partners
- Set up promotional offers on Back office/bonus engine
- Preparation of commercial plans to be submitted to the regulating Authorities
- Brief graphic designers and developers for online banners, landing page, skins, etc.
- Responsible for troubleshooting in cooperation with the software provider
- Create and publish content on affiliate and online websites
- Utilize sponsorship benefits through affiliates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Business /Communication or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in marketing/advertising firm as account manager or marketing coordinator
- Theoretical knowledge of Online/Digital Marketing
- Previous affiliate marketing/management position will be considered an asset
- Experience in the remote gaming industry
- Able to negotiate with 3rd parties to ensure targets are met
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a challenging environment that requires fresh thinking and innovation
- Able to multitask, as well as balance and prioritize activities to ensure critical items are addressed
- Excellent PC skills (MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Affinity to the internet/social media
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Greek and English (any additional language is an asset)
- Able to function as part of a team but also take initiative and work independently on projects
- Reliable and dedicated professional with clear thinking and strong attention to detail
- Interest in sports
