A company is looking for a Senior Director of Provider Growth Marketing to lead commercial marketing and demand generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth for the Provider business
- Build and manage targeted, multi-channel demand generation campaigns across various buyer personas and customer journeys
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to align messaging and support sales and customer success teams with effective enablement materials
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role focused on demand generation or growth, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
- Deep understanding of healthcare buyer behavior and sales cycles
- Proven track record of building marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Experience leading cross-functional go-to-market efforts in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
