Job Summary

A company is looking for a Developer Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions to identify customer needs
• Synthesize requirements into user stories and solution design documentation
• Design Salesforce solutions and manage the delivery and testing of functionality

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering; MBA preferred
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce administration or consulting
• Experience with business process definition and reengineering
• Experience writing user stories for Salesforce requirements
• Understanding of user-centered design and design thinking concepts
