Clinical Safety Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Safety team for clinical aspects of Clinical Events Committees (CEC) and Data Safety Monitoring Boards (DSMB)
• Lead project teams to ensure timely deliverables and uniform meeting execution according to protocols and regulations
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting business development activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health sciences discipline
• Minimum five years of experience in clinical trials management and three years supporting safety meetings
• Knowledge of clinical project management, GCPs, and FDA guidelines
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems
• Availability for one to three evening(s) per week for safety meetings
