Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to serve as the first point of contact for incoming work requests and facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first stop for new incoming requests from internal teams, external vendors, and product-facing groups
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and finalize requirements, translating business needs into actionable deliverables
• Drive efficiency by establishing clear requirements and developing roadmaps for project timelines

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with Jira in a BA or Scrum capacity
• 3+ years of experience soliciting and documenting requirements for EDI or other data integration systems
• 5+ years of experience in self-funded healthcare
• Experience with claim adjudication platforms and familiarity with healthcare data workflows beyond EDI
• 3+ years of experience with project planning
