Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of direct implementation experience at a tech-enabled or transactional business
- Proven ability to lead clients through implementation or onboarding processes
- Experience in holding clients accountable to deliverables and timelines
- High emotional intelligence with strong stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and self-driven, able to navigate fast-paced, ambiguous environments
