Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and develop programs or configurations for the FACS and/or Artiva applications
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure business requirements are met and recommend process improvements
• Lead application projects, including system migrations and conversions

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of Finvi's FACS and/or Artiva collection software
• Experience with Cache Scripting and system integration/migration
• Understanding of laws regulating the collection industry (FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred and/or 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong project management and planning skills
