Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs' Veteran Canteen Service Point of Sale products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with business analysis of the VCS POS system from inception to completion
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field (8+ years of relevant experience may substitute for education)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or related role
• Experience in testing functionality and matching to requirements
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
