Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II who will perform various analyses to align business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements and existing processes to recommend improvements
• Assist with the development of departmental policies and enhance operational reports related to new business implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of business process analysis experience in the healthcare industry or a data-driven environment
• Knowledge of data migration and software enhancement/planning
• Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred
