Job Summary
A company is looking for a SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead/Senior Lead Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy SuccessFactors solutions for HR and Talent processes
- Lead strategy and regular progress sessions with clients and manage a team of consultants
- Provide mentorship to new consultants and participate in sales demo sessions
Required Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors Associate or Professional Employee Central Certification
- 3 - 4 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience leading 3 - 4+ projects and involvement in 7+ projects
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration and best practices
