Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Operations Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational advisor for clinical practices using the O360 product and RCM services
• Assist clinicians in optimizing workflows supported by EHR and RCM tools
• Manage client relationships to drive product adoption, satisfaction, and retention

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare practice operations, particularly in behavioral health
• Direct experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Proven track record in customer success or practice consulting roles
• Ability to manage multiple clients or projects with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in software platforms for communication and project management
