Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Medical Services Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee vendors in collecting and processing adverse event and product complaint information to ensure compliance with global regulations
• Support the development of training materials and deliver training in collaboration with vendors
• Act as a subject matter expert for adverse event and product complaint intake

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy/PharmD
• 2-4 years of clinical healthcare experience, with previous pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
• Core knowledge of industry regulations (ICH, FDA, EMEA, MHRA)
• Proven ability to lead project work and manage processes effectively
• Experience in a pharmaceutical industry contact center is preferred
