Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Document development phases and align approaches with Enterprise Architecture and Application Development teams
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and assess client requirements during sales activities
• Engage with developers to define system requirements and ensure backlog is groomed and ready

Required Qualifications

• Over 7 years of Business and Systems Analysis experience
• At least 3 years of experience working on an Agile Scrum Team
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Familiarity with FDA regulations is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to adapt to different work processes and prioritize needs effectively
