Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, business, or a healthcare field
• 2-3 years of experience managing projects and leading team operations
• Proven leadership experience impacting people management and operational processes
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Experience managing staff and maintaining client satisfaction through effective workflow management
