• Lead Agile ceremonies and manage sprint delivery timelines
• Collaborate with offshore development teams to ensure clarity of requirements
• Elicit and document business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or Agile delivery
• Proven experience working with offshore development teams
• Experience with custom software platforms and seasonal release planning
• Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
