Licensed Clinical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Program Manager for their Med-Psych Management Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Care Extenders to implement personalized case management and support member health and wellness
• Monitor and evaluate member progress, ensuring comprehensive care plans are in place and goals are met
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance reviews for team members while ensuring compliance with program standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with relevant licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD)
• Experience in leading and implementing programs with measurable outcomes
• Preferred experience in Health Coaching or Medical Social Work
• Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, or healthcare management from an accredited institution
