Principal Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Solutions Consultant, Post-Sales (Platform).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end platform implementation process and ensure timely deployments
• Provide hands-on technical consultation during hyper-care and partner with internal teams to address issues
• Conduct training sessions and develop documentation for client teams to ensure successful platform adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics or related field (MBA or advanced technical degree a plus)
• 7+ years of experience in technical implementation, platform solutions, or post-sales consulting
• Strong expertise in SaaS platforms, API integrations, and technical troubleshooting
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-level implementations with measurable client outcomes
• Experience working in a post-sales capacity in fraud detection and risk mitigation ecosystem
