Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager (Central/Eastern US Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the onboarding process of clients, ensuring successful data mapping and training
• Translate client goals into implementation plans that deliver timely value
• Build strong client relationships and manage timelines to ensure successful onboarding

Required Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS implementations or customer success
• Experience working with local governments and school districts is a plus
• Proficiency in Google Suite, ChurnZero, and Salesforce preferred
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation
