Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Counselor Supervisor - Remote (East Coast).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise non-medical counselors and ensure quality of counseling services through adherence to case management protocols
• Monitor outcomes data, audits, and customer feedback metrics while providing coaching and professional development to counselors
• Maintain accurate documentation of supervisory activities and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology
• Current, valid, and unrestricted clinical license or certification for independent clinical practice
• Four years of experience supervising Licensed Counselors and similar projects
• Two years of full-time post-master's supervised clinical experience
• Compliance with professional and ethical conduct standards and current clinical competence
