Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer-Facing Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery calls to understand customer goals and design custom environments
• Build and configure product environments with real-world data during implementations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform capabilities and contribute to documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years in Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, or Implementation Consulting
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS tools and workflows
• Experience building or configuring demo or sandbox environments
• Familiarity with GTM platforms such as CRMs and analytics tools
• Bonus: Experience with synthetic data or AI-enhanced environments
