Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II-CRA Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards for CRA lending, investment, and service activity monitoring
• Support preparation of CRA regulatory submissions and respond to ad hoc reporting requests
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and document business rules and data definitions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in System Support or Analytics, or High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of experience
• Preferred experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting
• Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, and SharePoint
• Strong knowledge of CRA regulatory framework and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage large datasets and respond to ad hoc requests under tight deadlines
