Key Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements gathering and analysis meetings with business and product teams
- Provide expert input on policy administration best practices and system integration options
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear, feasible, and aligned with business goals
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with one or more major policy administration platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, etc.)
- Strong background in business analysis and system integration within the insurance industry
- Ability to simplify complex decision-making processes and guide teams toward actionable solutions
- Familiarity with ISO standards (preferred)
