• Provide expert guidance and support for system-related inquiries and issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective system implementation and functionality

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in relevant fields
• Extensive knowledge of SNAP, TANF, Child Support, and Child Welfare systems
• Experience in system analysis and implementation
• Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities independently
• Willingness to undergo fingerprint screening for background checks
