Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director - Post-Acute Care Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily utilization oversight and communication with network physicians and hospitals
• Conduct peer-to-peer conversations for clinical case reviews and manage provider telephonic discussions
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop action plans and monitor progress toward strategic goals

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state
• Current Board Certification in ABMS or AOA specialty
• 3+ years of patient care experience post-residency
