Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional projects and teams to enhance customer experience
- Provide regular updates to customers and internal executive teams
- Identify project gaps and propose solutions to drive resolutions
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Customer Engagement roles
- Experience with implementing or supporting ServiceNow products in an Enterprise
- Strong cross-functional project management experience
- Demonstrated experience in leading strategic customer programs
- Experience with analytics and understanding of metrics and KPIs
