Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in Customer Engagement roles
  • Experience with implementing or supporting ServiceNow products in an Enterprise
  • Strong cross-functional project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in leading strategic customer programs
  • Experience with analytics and understanding of metrics and KPIs
