Business Analyst - Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst- Product Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Offshore BSAs to draft user stories
• Support story refinement and provide guidance to the scrum team throughout the development lifecycle
• Monitor scope changes and provide QA support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or Business Analyst (BA) supporting Salesforce application development
• Proficiency in creating supporting documentation, wireframes, and workflows
• Solid understanding of the Regional Bank and/or Commercial line of business
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is preferred
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
