Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Platform Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Performance Team and oversee the Black Diamond platform for data aggregation and reporting
• Manage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM program to enhance advisor productivity and client service
• Serve as a point of contact for advisors, ensuring outstanding internal customer service and support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an RIA or similar financial services firm
• Expertise in Black Diamond software and administration; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Experience with SQL, BI tools, ETL processes, and data governance
• Passion for AI technologies in wealth management
