Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Success Manager (Hub) Tactical for a one-year contract at Fort Bragg, NC.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding and adoption process for Hub at Special Operations Command entities
• Build partnerships with military stakeholders to tailor Hub instances based on their operational needs
• Monitor engagement metrics and provide recommendations to enhance force readiness

Required Qualifications

• Military cultural fluency with direct experience or deep understanding of Special Operations
• Expertise in human performance and force preservation concepts
• Ability to operate autonomously in high-stakes environments
• Familiarity with security protocols and discretion in classified environments
• Eligibility to pass a background check and obtain necessary government identification
