Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner to support the North Dakota Department of Health & Human Services' Self-Service Portal and Consolidated Eligibility System.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage user stories through the development process
• Oversee product development stages, including planning, refinement, and sprint reviews
• Plan releases, monitor progress, and address production issues during sprints

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field, plus two years of relevant experience; or
• Associate degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field, plus four years of relevant experience; or
• Six years of relevant professional-level experience in agile and requirements analysis
• Experience with customer relationship management and writing user stories
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile frameworks
