Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a compliance partner for Seller Product teams developing payment and business growth tools
• Conduct compliance assessments and design scalable, risk-based controls
• Translate legal and regulatory requirements into operational guidance and product specifications

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or product-adjacent roles in fintech or financial services
• Familiarity with regulations such as AML/BSA, sanctions, and consumer protection regulations
• Collaborative working style with the ability to influence across teams
• Experience supporting product launches in regulated environments
• Strong documentation and writing skills
