Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution to activate new partners and drive volume growth on the Circle Payments Network
• Analyze usage patterns and partner behavior to identify growth opportunities and enhance partner engagement
• Define, track, and report on growth KPIs, ensuring visibility and accountability across stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management or growth product experience in fintech, payments, or platform environments
• Proven ability to drive product-led growth across complex, multi-sided ecosystems or partner networks
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions and growth experiments
• Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, business development, and marketing
• Familiarity with developer APIs, PSP infrastructure, or payment rails is preferred
