Key Responsibilities

• Assume accountability for the pod's outcomes by developing a clear vision and strategy
• Identify and champion strategic initiatives that optimize patient outcomes and drive business value
• Run an efficient pod, aligning the team around outcomes and iterating on product features

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of product experience
• At least 4 years of experience in health-tech, including startup and PCP-facing experience
• Proficiency with SQL and data analysis
• Working knowledge of outpatient clinical documentation artifacts
• Experience building ML-backed products
