Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic evolution of their global workforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect the full product lifecycle for the EOR SaaS product ecosystem
• Create and maintain a data-driven product roadmap balancing short-term and long-term goals
• Monitor global EOR market trends and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in FinTech, HR Tech, or global workforce platforms
• Proven track record of launching and scaling SaaS products
• Strong analytical capabilities for data-driven decision-making
• Technical acumen to communicate with engineering teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
