Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Chief Product Owner / Manager of Product Owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Owners for effective backlog management and stakeholder alignment
• Define and advocate for a cohesive product vision and roadmap to support organizational goals
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks to maintain delivery flow and maximize velocity

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of product management experience with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience maturing agile practices in scaled, cross-functional environments
• Proven track record of aligning strategy, delivery, and product execution across multiple teams
• Deep understanding of agile product management best practices
• Experience with data and insights to inform product decisions and process improvements
