Key Responsibilities

• Manage Profit and Loss accountability for multiple insurance product lines and/or geographies
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a multi-year customer-centric product strategy
• Analyze product performance metrics and market opportunities to drive product enhancements and profitability

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of industry experience in Insurance Product Management or a related field
• Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree preferred
• Certified Product Manager (CPM) is a plus
• Experience in managing talent and employee development
