Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with AWS Connect, AWS Contact Lens, and Amazon Q (1 year)
• Ability to collaboratively develop and evolve a product backlog (3 years)
• Experience working with AI
• Thorough understanding of the Lean/Agile mindset
