VP of Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Product to lead their Product Team and enhance the insurance experience for small businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a product roadmap aligned with company objectives
• Manage a team of senior product managers and designers to deliver product enhancements
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to ensure product success and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product experience, preferably in insurtech or a regulated field
• Experience managing teams, including product managers and designers
• Proficient in working with onshore and offshore engineers in an Agile environment
• Demonstrated success in shipping impactful features or products
• Startup experience and entrepreneurial spirit are strongly preferred
