Group Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Product Manager - Decentralized Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire product management lifecycle for the debt management platform
• Support the Chief Product Officer in overseeing the build of a new Web3 credit protocol
• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with various teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Computer Science)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Management
• At least 5 years of experience in financial services, focusing on credit and alternative investments
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring product teams
• Familiarity with compliance requirements for cross-border fund flows and product jurisdictions
