Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to support internal stakeholders and external clients in the healthcare revenue cycle through data and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and communication with stakeholders
• Prioritize initiatives and features by balancing stakeholder interests, user needs, and product strategy
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of junior PMs and/or business analysts while interfacing with engineering teams to articulate requirements

Required Qualifications

• Solid product management experience, ideally with data and/or analytics products
• 2+ years of team management experience, preferably in product or analyst roles
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in Revenue Cycle Management
• At least moderate proficiency in writing SQL queries from scratch
• Experience with Snowflake and Microsoft Power BI is a plus
