Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog, writing user stories and leading sprint planning
• Act as the voice of the customer, using research and feedback to improve product experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, scope, and delivery timelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment
• Solid understanding of enterprise systems and digital product development
• Experience managing complex product backlogs and working with cross-functional teams
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent highly preferred
