IT Product Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IT Product Management - Messaging and Productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and product organization for messaging and Power Platform, ensuring effective service delivery
• Develop innovative workplace technology solutions to enhance user experience and engagement
• Manage supplier relationships and oversee the integration of workplace technologies

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience/certification
• 8+ years of IT leadership experience with a focus on enterprise solutions, particularly M365 products
• Experience in managing third-party service suppliers and negotiating OEM relationships
• Proven track record in developing security and audit reporting for enterprise solutions
• Experience in directing teams that include associates, contractors, and service provider resources
