Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in regulated or data-heavy environments
• Leadership experience managing globally distributed engineering teams
• Experience with backend systems, APIs, and internal tool development
• Familiarity with operations platforms supporting licensed agent workflows
• Experience collaborating with legal, compliance, engineering, and marketing teams
