Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of Product & Solution Readiness Managers, defining roles, priorities, and success metrics
- Own the product & solution enablement portfolio roadmap, ensuring clarity in prioritization and impact
- Serve as the senior liaison between Revenue Enablement and stakeholders, facilitating executive-level reviews and influencing investment in enablement strategies
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading product enablement or similar roles
- Strong understanding of product management and go-to-market strategies
- Experience in data analysis and defining success metrics for enablement impact
- Ability to create scalable frameworks for planning and reporting
- Experience in stakeholder management and executive communication
