Product Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Director to take full ownership of key product lines in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end success of one or more key digital product lines
• Define and continuously improve the learner experience across content, platform, pacing, and support
• Translate product strategy into clear, actionable product requirements and specifications for engineering and design teams

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management or program ownership roles in a digital/learning environment
• Experience in edtech, adult learning, certification programs, or continuing education is a major plus
• Proven ability to own a full product line, not just features or individual projects
• Experience working directly with and ideally leading cross-functional teams that include product developers, engineers, and designers
• Ability to shape and lead the user experience with strong instincts for UX design and usability best practices
