Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Product Management focused on Learning Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define strategy and roadmap for instructional content infrastructure, emphasizing scalability, localization, and accessibility
• Drive innovation in content formats and delivery to enhance learner engagement and retention
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership and strategic alignment

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in product management, including 1-2+ years of managing or mentoring PMs
• Demonstrated success in delivering infrastructure-heavy or platform-scale features
• Experience executing cross-functional product initiatives with Engineering, Design, and Research
• Proficiency in developing strategy and aligning stakeholders
• Experience with AI technologies, content pipelines, or education/learning platforms preferred
